About GAF High Tensile Acrylic Top Coat
GAF High Tensile Acrylic Top Coat is designed to be applied over GAF Acrylic Base Coat. It has high tensile emulsion polymers combined with reinforcing pigments for strong, physical properties and durability that help provide protection against damage from exposure to UV and weather elements.
Formerly known as United Coatings™ Roof Mate™ HT Coating
- Dense, smooth finish repels dirt and pollutants
- Once applied, the substrate is protected from further degradation caused by normal weathering, aging, and ultraviolet exposure
- Resists abusive weather like ice, snow, wind-driven rain, and sand under normal conditions
- Slicker, cleaner, and more abrasion resistant than other acrylics
- High acrylic resin
