Start a high-demand, rewarding career
Throughout the U.S. there is a strong need for entry-level roofers. The construction industry needs to attract 500,000 workers on top of its normal pace of hiring to meet labor demand in 2024.1 Roofers typically earn above the national average annual salary compared to other entry-level jobs. The average starting salary is around $40,0002 with plenty of room to grow as an installer or other jobs. Roofing is a stable, well-paying industry and can offer opportunities to individuals in underrepresented communities.
