Simplifying the Complicated Process of Wind Design for Roof Systems
With the latest version of ASCE 7, Minimum Design Loads For Buildings and Other Structures, wind design for roof systems has become much more challenging for roof system designers and roofing contractors. Pruebas físicas de la resistencia al viento de los sistemas de techo termoplástico reacondicionado sobre sistemas de paneles metálicos
El levantamiento por el viento es una inquietud primordial al instalar un sistema de techo termoplástico reacondicionado (RSPRS) sobre un techo de paneles metálicos estructurales. Se realizaron las pruebas físicas ASTM E 1592 en tres ensamblajes de techos de prueba, a fin de determinar la resistencia al levantamiento por viento de un RSPRS instalado sobre sistemas de techos de paneles metálicos estructurales existentes fijados directamente en correas.
