  • I reside in Sawyers Creek HOA in Horsham, PA and had three windows, sliding back doors, and the storm door replaced with Lemus Construction’s recommended Anderson products. Prior to selecting Lemus, I had proposals from Anderson Renewal, Lowe’s In-home consultant, and a private contractor with different choices/prices. Lemus provided complete project proposal with breakdown of cost. Lemus communicated material availability and the timeline of the project by email and kept me informed throughout the process. Below is the excerpt of my email. ———— Your installation team did a superb job installing with such detail, I am really satisfied with the new windows, sliding doors, storm door, and the finished work. One thing missing is insect screens for storm doors, which other windows and sliding doors are installed/operational. Can you ask the install crew to check the truck or check your order shipment slip?   • Would not recommend Lemus for any roof repair work. My HOA requires use of Lemus - they were called to inspect water damage to a ceiling at my property in 2023 and reported that they had successfully patched the roof. 14 months later, I experienced further water damage to the original spot they repaired + 2 holes in my bedroom ceiling with water dripping through from the roof due to heavy rain. They were then commissioned to replace the roof and damaged a window in the process - I followed the requested prep / precautions but it's frustrating that they refused to take responsibility when it is very clear that the window crack was not created from the interior of the home and there were multiple black scuff marks on the surrounding areas of the window from shingles being tossed to the ground. In addition to incurring costs to paint and patch my ceiling from the first faulty job, I am now stuck with costs of needing to replace a window.

  • The crew from Lemus replaced three difficult roof cut out boxes on two of the hottest days of the year. They did an amazing job. This is the third time I have used their company and I can’t rate them highly enough. I’d like to give them six stars!!
