About Master Flow™ Pivot™ Pipe Boot Flashing
The Master Flow™ Pivot™ Pipe Boot Flashing's durable, all-metal design helps provide tough protection at a notorious source for leaks on roofs - plumbing pipe penetrations. With no seals, gaskets, or collars that can degrade and leak when exposed to the elements, you can enjoy a neat, streamlined look on your new/existing roof. The Master Flow™ Pivot™ Pipe Boot Flashing passes the 110 mph wind-driven rain test per TAS-100(A) and the UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance test.1 It’s warranted against leaks caused by manufacturing defects or ordinary wear and tear up to 50 years (or as long as the warranty on the adjacent roof cladding)2 and eligible for enhanced warranty coverage when installed by a contractor certified by GAF3 in connection with a qualifying roofing system.4
