Leadership profile
Stephanie Shaw oversees the Human Resources function at GAF and is responsible for leading the company’s talent strategy, including talent acquisition, employee and leadership development, compensation and benefits, and culture at GAF.
Stephanie joined GAF in 2018 as Vice President, Talent Management, where she was responsible for cultivating talent at all levels. During her tenure in this position, Stephanie drove improvements that helped create engagement within GAF’s workforce and increased managerial effectiveness, including creating GAF’s Leadership Development Model.
Prior to GAF, Stephanie was responsible for internal communications and talent strategy at BlackRock, one of the world’s largest asset managers, and was the Global Head of Professional Development at Morgan Stanley. Stephanie holds a BA in Behavioral Science from Drew University and an MS in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
